Atrial Fibrillation Institute

The Atrial Fibrillation Institute has been established within Queensland Cardiovascular Group, recognising the vast experience and expertise in managing patients with Atrial Fibrillation.

The Institute consists of the largest and most experienced group of Electrophysiologists – (Heart Rhythm Cardiologists), along with the extensive team of Cardiologists practicing across Queensland. Our sites include full diagnostic and monitoring services. In association with our preferred private hospitals, we have access to the cardiac operating theatres (Electrophysiology Laboratories) with leading technologies in the Southern Hemisphere.

Our focus is on our patients first – we are a private specialist practice serving patients with Atrial Fibrillation. In addition, our team contribute to ongoing education for our referrers and community, participate in research and advocacy for patients with Atrial Fibrillation.

Our team provide 24-hour on-call Electrophysiologists for heart rhythm conditions for GPs and across multiple private hospitals in South East Queensland.
